Large collisions in space between black holes and neutron stars create ripples in space-time. When galaxies collide, smaller galaxies may be stripped apart and become part of the larger galaxy bringing destruction, growth, death and rebirth. They hold the answer to fundamental questions about the universe and life on Earth. Collision is a tribute to the unknown and the quest of physicists at CERN’s high-energy particle collider to crack the mysteries of the universe and our existence.
